MARYLAND PRIMARY ADULT CARE PROGRAM (PAC)

PAC offers health services to people 19 and over who have a limited income. If you were in the Maryland Pharmacy Assistance Program (MPAP) or the Maryland Primary Care Program, you were enrolled in PAC. PAC replaced these programs. PAC does not pay for hospital stays, emergency room visits, or specialty care. PAC will cover all of the services that are covered by the Maryland Family Planning Program except sterilization (Tubal ligation).
