Howard County Department of Social Services: Food Stamp Program

Food Stamps are provided to low-income individuals who lack the income needed to purchase food. Food Stamps are a supplement to a person’s current food budget. They are not intended to cover your entire food budget. There are eligibility requirements that must be met in order to apply for Food Stamps.
Hours:
Applications are accepted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (no Wednesdays)
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
